Accordingly, these two meditations can be done anywhere you can find a chair, and any time of the day. If done first thing in the morning, you are set up for the day. If used in the lunch break, you will find that you are renewed and refreshed for the afternoon. If done before bed, the quality of sleep will be enhanced significantly.
