How to perform a standing piriformis stretch at home


This video is the kitchen sink version of "Tabletop Piriformis", an exercise popularised in Kit's book, "Overcome neck & back pain". The edge of the sink is perfect for helping you to lift your chest, straighten and lengthen the spine, and untuck the pelvis (anterior pelvic tilt). You may be surprised at how intense this gentle-looking exercise is! [Owl slippers are optional!]
