One hour Intermediate-level class

Olivia presents an Intermediate-level class. Most of the body is worked in this session, with a focus on neck, jaw, and throat, and ankles and calves in preparation for the full squat position and a modified Cossack squat sequence. Of course, there's a hip flexor stretch, too! The class ends with lying, directed breathing.
