These two seated meditations are designed to be done in an office chair or a lounge chair at home. One is twenty minutes in duration; the other thirty. Both feature original compositions by Darren Zeising in the background, music with shifting tones that is designed to heighten the deep relaxation effect. The student's attention is variously directed to physical sensations, the feelings associated with breathing, and a number of visualisations designed to improve the experience of connecting to various parts of the body.
The longer recording features a section where one can learn to watch the thought stream, without involving oneself in the content.
