  • I am having Sacroiliac joint pain for 6 weeks already. Stretching the piriformis in all the different positions , the trunk side bending exercise helped most, but for few hours only. Is there any other exercise that would help too? Thank you.

    • Hi there. Yes: you will need to reduce any left-right differences in your hip flexor tension. And, for most people with SIJ pain, both hip flexors need to be lengthened, even once they are the same, L–R. Here’s a list:

      Start with the solo floor one I am demonstrating, and once you have played with that for a couple of weeks (twice a week) then ask someone to help you with the practitioner version (the gentlest of the partner ones).
