Yes, there are severe pathologies that can cause neck pain too (like extruding or bulging disks or bone spurs), but even these pathologies benefit hugely from reducing the habitual tension in the neck and jaw (and fascial) muscles that we all have. Our program, Overcome Neck Pain, is designed to target, then reduce (and possibly even eliminate!) all tension in the neck, upper back and that space between your shoulders and your neck, as well as reducing whole body tension.
