In this video, Olivia talks about her own ankle tightness, and how she moved past that using the Stretch Therapy methods. One of the key things for her was learning how to move around in a squat position she could actually *hold easily* – and the secret to that is using something underneath the heels to tip you far enough forward to be able to relax in the bottom position. Squatting and moving is an excellent thing to do after a few hours work at the computer.
